Speech and language evaluations, therapy, and parent coaching services are provided in-home or virtually in Long Beach and surrounding cities.

FEES
I am an out of network private pay provider and do not accept insurance. Superbills are provided upon request for families who wish to submit them to their insurance provider for out of network reimbursement.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. Speech & Language Evaluations
($350)
All speech and language evaluations include a 2- hour test window. This time allotment ensures adequate time and attention to each child I evaluate. Evaluations will include the administration of formal assessment measures, play-based observations, and caregiver interview. Your child's report will be completed within 7 business days of the scheduled evaluation. A 30-minute follow up phone call or zoom meeting is offered once your child's report is complete to review my recommendations and answer any questions you might have.

Individual Speech-Language Therapy
($75/30 minute sessions, $150/60 minute sessions)
Individual speech and language therapy sessions are provided in-home or virtually. Therapy may be provided at your child's day care or school if approved. I offer 30-minute and 60-minute sessions only. The length of your child's session will be determined by their age, diagnosis, and family schedule. I believe in a whole child and family centered approach. Each session is tailored to your child's individual needs through functional, meaningful activities, and evidence-based practices.

Parent Coaching
($150/1-hour coaching session)
I provide in-home and virtual parent coaching services. Each meeting is 1-hour in length and tailored to your family's needs. There are no prerequisites to access this service. Your child does not have to have a speech and language diagnosis or be enrolled in speech and language services. This service is offered to any family looking for personalized tools, confidence, and clarity to support their child's speech and language skills.

Storeytime Tots - Language Focused Play Group
Storeytime Tots is a language focused play group for children 1-3 years of age. Register for my next group on my events page www.aspeechstorey/com/events. Shared book reading, play-based learning, and parent education are three areas I am most passionate about. These areas have been proven to support the speech and language skills of all children. Storeytime Tots is a specialized, interactive, play group that combines all three.
